Wedding bells rang out on Santa Barbara recently as Victoria Lane (Kristen
Meadows) married Mason Capwell (Lane Davies), scion of the Capwell
dynasty. The wedding, a small private ceremony held at the University Chapel,
was attended only by members of the immediate Capwell family, led by
patriarch C.C. Capwell (Jed Allan), his wife Gina DeMott Capwell (Robin
Mattson), his former wife Sophia Capwell (Judith McConnell), his son, Ted
Capwell (Todd McKee) and his wife Hayley (Stacy Edwards). The couple plans
to make their home in Santa Barbara.
Does all that sound like a true love story? Well think again, this is the land of
soap operas. In the meantime, Mason realizes that Torie is carrying Cruz
Castillo's (A Martiniz) child and is following C.C.'s wishes in marrying Torie, his
sister Eden (Marcy Walker) is unaware that Torie's baby is actually the child of
her fiance, Cruz Castillo. Meanwhile, Mason's ex-business partner, Julia
Wainwright, (Nancy Grahn) is pregnant with Mason's child. Sound confusing? It
is!
C.C. Capwell is delighted that Mason's marriage to Torie will secure his
daughter Eden's romance with Cruz. However, with two illigitimate babies
clouding the horizon, chances are that even C.C. will not be able to maintain
